I've really enjoyed living in this community! The property is always clean and well-maintained, and it's been a great place to call home. A special shoutout to Rudy in the leasing office—he's always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever I've had questions or needed assistance. It's clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make the leasing process and renewals as smooth as possible. The maintenance team also deserves recognition. They're always quick to respond, efficient, and do a great job whenever something needs attention. It's reassuring to know that any maintenance requests are handled promptly. Overall, I've had a wonderful experience living here and would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a place that's well-managed, responsive, and welcoming!

My husband and I have lived here since we relocated from Atlanta and it first opened in 2018. It’s within walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean or Dania Beach Pier and about 15 minutes cycling to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk - which is the best beach in SoFlo IMHO. It’s within 1-3 miles of two Publix, FLL Hollywood Airport, Ft. Lauderdale cruise port, Walmart Neighborhood, UPS Store, Dania Beach Casino, Dania Pointe, and more. It’s also equidistant between Miami Beach to the south and Ft Lauderdale to the north, making it an ideal location for small town living between two major metro cities.

After living at The place at Dania for six or seven years, I finally realized what a good place it is after moving out Maintance was good housekeeping and management. All is helpful but most important thing that I miss is the people that lived there. Everybody greeted you and wished you a happy day.

I’m leaving 5 stars because the property manager Rudy is extremely nice and pleasant to interact with, and I believe he does his best with the power and resources he has, However, there’s a few things that are really disappointing to me as a tenant here for over 4 years and I hope the owner can see this and genuinely take action to improve The grills were broken for over a year, and now that they’ve finally been replaced they’re locked and no gas to even turn them on. Memorial Day and Fourth of July with no grills is super disappointing. As well as just the summer in general not being able to grill when we pay for these amenities, and increasing my rent but not maintaining the property is extremely unfair. Bathrooms by the pool remain locked and not maintained The pool is often dirty, and there’s no pool net available to clean it yourself even if you wanted to! The lobby call box is broken for ages now, which makes it difficult for guests or deliveries. When I have a maintenance issue, they rarely replace the item that’s broken, and if they do it’s full of mold, which with 3 little children is not healthy to have in the home. There’s almost never security at the front desk which is also disappointing And no emergency maintenance available Overall, I do like living here, however these issues should really be addressed in order to run the building professionally and actually maintain the amenities that are promised to us as tenants. I’m leaving this feedback not to hurt the business of the property, but in hopes of having improvements so we can comfortably continue living here. I hope whoever sees this takes it as an opportunity to improve Thank you
