As an owner that rents out my units, I highly recommend moving to The Oaks. Management truly does their best to get to every repair and service call. Unfortunately, they can't satisfy 100% of the community. There's a nice lake, walking areas for exercise, two pools and it's close to shops and highways. Some of the units have a great view, especially during Fourth of July and new years you can see amazing fireworks!
