Living at The Laurel over a year now has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The community is fantastic, the staff/team are a joy and super helpful, and the amenities are well taken care of. Free workout and yoga classes have been so nice and the events hosted are amazing for meeting new friends and networking. Already resigned for another year and can’t see myself living anywhere else as long as I’m in West Palm Beach L

If you are a delivery driver for Amazon, or other beware. There is nowhere to safely park your car. The rude man at the front desk said that the package had to be delivered to the 15th floor in front of the customers door. Except my car couldn’t be left where it was because it was in the street. I explained it to the man and the man threatened my job and told me if I left the packages there he would call Amazon. If I left With the packages, he would call Amazon and have my job. The only option he gave me was to actually go upstairs and deliver the packages. He didn’t care that my car was parked illegally. He threatened me, he threatened my job, He threatened to have My car towed. I’m not getting paid enough money from Amazon towed Because this tiny man didn’t want to do his job.

Who had the brilliant idea to run a fire alarm test at 9 AM on a Saturday? As if all the construction noise wasn’t annoying enough. Fantastic way to be woken up out of my sleep! Mind you this has been going on for 30 minutes and counting on a SATURDAY morning with an alarm that is so abrasive and loud. Why do you not do these things when people are working during the week??

CONSTANT DRILLING OUTSIDE OF HOURS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE DOING IT IS UNBEARABLE. The building sends out an email saying no drilling before 9 am, yet drilling constantly happens before 9 am (like today) and they do nothing about it. Keep in mind the owner of the building owns the Equinox and Moxie’s where construction is being done. If you care about sleep at all or have a kid, this isn’t the place for you. They care more about finishing their construction than their residents. Why even send that email saying no drilling before 9 am if you don’t plan to actually do that? Once my kid is up there’s no getting him back to sleep and it’s solely because of the drilling happening earlier than it should. You already have the crew working later than the allotted hours on weekends, but the drilling happening at 6 am, 8 am, etc. is unacceptable.

Living at The Laurel is an absolute joy! The staff’s warmth and dedication made every day special—from the front desk’s cheerful greetings, the cleaning crew working tirelessly, to the maintenance team’s prompt care. Their genuine kindness created a true sense of attentiveness. The amenities are fantastic, and the atmosphere feels like home.Security was most important & they delivered! My pups & I cherish our time here and highly recommend The Laurel to anyone seeking a welcoming, vibrant place to live! I will add that the cost is $$$$
