Place is a dump don’t let the review from Wilson caballero fool you . It’s the previous manager Silvina they even gave her a review on her own wellness page 🤣🤣 all around frauds ! I lived there for longer the she was employed we never had an issue with weed smokers and the pool is non existent. She no longer works oddly enough but stay away . In 10 years nothing was ever resolved and every time they change managers all history is lost . They even claimed I had a second dog which was recorded and all proper paper work was provided . They will do anything to try and squeeze a dollar out of you . You can forget about a deposit no one ever gets it back

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would after living there for ten years this place has gone down the drain they change office manager constantly so do yourself a favor and do a walk through every time this happens that deposit your putting down say by to it now I’ve know 7 people that moved out and did not get there deposit or only got %20 my blinds never worked when I moved in I asked for replacement several times it was never replaced then they put a box AC in my window broke the blinds I asked for new ones never replaced my apartment has flooded from the upstairs tenant soaked my counters and peeled the drawers lining they charged me for it gave me used fridge and stove after the ones I had stopped working they were both missing parts they charged me for it take lots of pictures you are gonna need it please find somewhere else for you and your family to stay the water company is also the worst. If your AC stops working in the summer good luck, my dogs also got sick all the time and flees walk your dog in the neighborhood not on the property if you love them. The walls are thin if your neighbors are loud good luck with that. They make the rules as they go. The positive review are definitely the workers. Just talk to the before moving in the have a for rent signs for a reason apartments are constantly vacant.

I have been living in this community for over five years, I can honestly say my experience has been excellent, I was at the Cove Apartments, where I was very happy. After welcoming a new baby, our one-bedroom became too small. I was so grateful when the management team allowed us to transfer to a larger unit. We now have a huge two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at The Key West Apartments, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. The property itself looks amazing. It's clear that the management team is dedicated to continuous improvement. They have been doing a great job cleaning up, fixing the landscaping, and maintaining the beautiful pool area, which my family enjoys so much. Most importantly, we feel happy and safe. I want to personally thank the manager for her proactive efforts to maintain a peaceful community. Addressing issues like rule-breaking, including public marijuana smoking, and upgrading the security camera system to one that identifies license plates has made a significant difference. The troubling burglaries have stopped, and it's clear she is committed to eliminating the elements that were trashing our community. The managers both of them are a gem always kind, cheerful, and taking a moment to brighten the day of our pets and children. While every community may have a few neighbors who choose not to follow the rules, the vast majority here are wonderful, and the management's firm yet fair approach ensures this remains a great place to live.

The truth is I write because for me it has been the worst experience when we left a condominium we lived in apartment 261 the key west at the beginning of our stay it was magnificent the management of the previous manager was very good then when it was time to leave everything was screwed with the new people or I don't know if the management in general They complicated everything, we always told them before leaving to know what we should do to leave before the contract was fulfilled, they explained to us that we had to pay a month's compensation even though we didn't live through it, and another penalty for what we did on October 1st. Everything was empty, they told me to send the 2990 with a check, it turns out that it couldn't be done, so we had to redeem that check, I went to look for it and pay by moni order, so far everything is fine, we are happy because we were leaving without debt. With what corresponds to the law, after a month we called to have the status of the refund because we had 2800 deposit so far they explained to us that a letter must arrive, a letter that was sent on November 1 and a ñoco trade arrived 18 days later we returned to call, they explained to us that it could take longer than that, it should be noted that my apartment was in good condition, I understand that they should collect some of the deposit but not that They charged me 1495 for late payment or penalty because I already paid it beforehand, I took my time to avoid bad times today we received a collection letter for a debt of 818 dollars supposedly because in damages it was 2010 and they exceeded the penalty of 1495 giving a total of 3000 something and deducting it from the deposit is on me The remaining 800 seems to me to be very bad management and treatment of the tenant and not speaking things clearly, allegedly after 3 months this situation
