Candi, and Evelyn were both very helpful, and attentive to our needs before, during & after our move in process. The application process was smooth, and we were able to move from out of state with ease. Almost a month in , and still as happy as day one.

There are several building leaks that Harbor Group don’t want to spend the money to fix. So they just patch them over, and hope residents don’t complain too much. Sharron will assign new move ins with farthest parking spot available, if you get one at all. The property manager, Evelynn, has instructed maintenance to take pictures while in units for work requests. Photos are to be saved and used against tenants later if needed.

My wife and I moved from TX to FL a year ago and The Heritage at Boca Raton was where we settled. We’ve had a positive first year and elected to renew our lease for another year. Evelyn, Sharon, Mark, Tierney, and Ivan are the folks we have interacted with the most. We appreciate their helpfulness and care. When issues do pop up, they make best efforts to resolve things as quickly as possible. The aspects of the apartment that we love include the location to downtown Boca and the beach, exterior appearance and landscaping, apartment layout and unit size, amenities (specifically pool and gym), and competitive pricing. But the thing we love the most is the HUGE covered balcony. We use it all the time. Thanks to Evelyn and the team at The Heritage at Boca Raton!
