have been living at Solena Miramar for the past three months, and I would really like to recognize Valerie for her exceptional customer service. Valerie is always kind, helpful, patient, and professional. She consistently answers the phone and is always willing to listen and help. No matter the situation, she remains calm and respectful, which I truly appreciate. I believe the company is very fortunate to have someone like Valerie on their team. She is a wonderful representative of the community, and I honestly think she has the qualities to succeed in a higher position. Her professionalism, communication skills, and dedication could make a real difference. Thank you, Valerie, for always being so helpful and for treating residents with kindness and respect. I just wanted to recognize Leeanne for providing the best leasing experience I had during my apartment search. I visited four other apartment communities, and none of them compared. From the moment I walked in, Leeanne was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, including the pricing, fees, and leasing process, and answered all of my questions with patience and honesty. Her attention to detail and exceptional customer service made the entire experience easy, transparent, and stress-free. Leeanne truly went above and beyond, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She is a tremendous asset to the community. Thank you again for such an outstanding experience—I highly recommend working with Leeanne!

I've been living here for a year now and recently renewed my lease. The property is well managed, quiet, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I've had a great experience living here and look forward to another year.
