have been living at Solena Miramar for the past three months, and I would really like to recognize Valerie for her exceptional customer service. Valerie is always kind, helpful, patient, and professional. She consistently answers the phone and is always willing to listen and help. No matter the situation, she remains calm and respectful, which I truly appreciate. I believe the company is very fortunate to have someone like Valerie on their team. She is a wonderful representative of the community, and I honestly think she has the qualities to succeed in a higher position.
