This community generally offers a welcoming and well-maintained living experience, with many residents praising the responsive and professional maintenance team for quick and efficient service, and the helpfulness of the leasing staff during move-in. However, some residents have experienced issues with recurring pests like silverfish, inconsistent gate security, and concerns about common area cleanliness, including pet waste and odors. Additionally, a recurring frustration for some is the move-out process, with reports of unexpected and excessive charges for cleaning and repairs, even when apartments were left in good condition.

We’ve lived here since April 2024, and unfortunately the property has gone significantly downhill since management changed. When we moved in, we were told the unfinished and stained hallway floors would be addressed. Two years later, they look exactly the same. The hallways, stairs, floors, and doors are filthy, as the photos show. We also constantly deal with silverfish, including residents in other buildings. This is advertised as a gated community, yet the gates are frequently left open day and night. There are also no adequate cameras in the parking areas despite vehicle-related crime. What finally prompted this review was management approaching me because I didn’t notice my dog had pooped outside. I had no issue picking it up once they told me. But when I brought up the community’s ongoing issues, I was told the floors are “just stained” and that these problems were “not an excuse” for my dog. That completely missed the point. If management expects residents to be accountable, residents should be able to expect the same accountability from management. Interestingly, when it was time to renew our lease, they had no problem repeatedly calling and texting us to get it signed. I wish that same urgency was put toward maintaining and securing the property.

Not safe to live anymore, stealing my bmw side mirror. The community can’t do anything, gate broken left open overnight and no surveillance camera monitoring parking lot. I lived here before this apartment got to sell to other company. Every month, there is unaware fee adding on top of the bill. I live in bedroom apartment. When we signed the lease, the change is Base rent $2360 + trash fee ($30) + internet ($75). And now understandable water ($30) and sewage. Lately they have been adding some fee utilities like electricity $18 from out of nowhere. And i normally paid electricity with FPL. Other admin fee and random. Every bill keep going up and they work so slowly to adjust fee and once i asked questions or found some random fee. Total at now i paid like $2600+. Think about this is you desire to live here. On top of this, the is no camera to monitoring the parking lots. The gate has been always left opened at night. The staffs could not help. They said fixing communities gate has been challenged. Adding more cameras is impossible. I concerned about the safety of this community.

The place is very nice, yes, but if you're thinking of moving, think very carefully because when it's time to leave, they'll try to charge you for everything, even painting the ceiling. I don't understand. I left on the 3rd. No one is going to check what you leave behind, but I took a video, and now they're saying that just a full kitchen cleaning costs $500. They're going to charge you for everything, even painting the ceiling and walls. The floors are coming up, so don't even think about renting there. Report everything you see wrong, no matter how small, so there's a record. Who thinks a kitchen cleaning costs $500 when that's practically what it costs to buy a new one? I left the kitchen cleaner than when they gave it to me. Upstairs, sure, you can see it's a used kitchen, but it's not dirty. Are you supposed to return a painted and brand-new apartment? No, the apartment is delivered clean but used because you're the ones who have to paint it to rent it again. Don't rent there because when it's time to leave, they'll try to charge you for everything, even the wear and tear on the kitchen and the floors. I'm fed up. I supposedly even paid for fumigation services, but nothing was ever fumigated in two years. I hope they read this, but if I have to take them to court, so be it. I'm not paying them a single penny, and I have video footage of how I left the apartment. They have to prove to me in court that cleaning a kitchen like I did costs $500. Are you crazy? Don't even think about moving there. I'll be posting my experience every day if necessary so that no one moves there because even if you leave everything spotless, they'll try to charge you for everything, even the bathtub, which is made of crap. Take videos of everything when you move in and when you leave. Don't accept it back, not even with a scratch on the wall. I hope my opinion helps you avoid making the same mistake I did.
