Riverland Apartments

This is a great apartment complex! It’s quiet and clean, the management staff is great and Mandy is a standout employee from move in continuously through months of living at Riverland.

Overall, I had a good experience living here. There were some issues with the elevator when I first moved in, which could be frustrating at times. However, aside from that, the community was a comfortable place to live. The property was generally well maintained, and it truly felt like a place you could call home. I appreciate my time here and would recommend it to others looking for a nice place to live.

Do you you know how long a bag of poo has to be ignored to ve filled like this with little bags of inside? This will be your experience if you live here. Imagine the smell and the flies that come out of there. Around the pool, there is a wall of grease, because every time the pool cleaner comes, nobody checks his work, there has been a leak in the dog park for more than a year! And open boxes with wires out in general public areas. Total lack of management, it's shameful. Stay away, when you come in they show you places they clean. It's a scam. Stay away.

I have been contacting the apartment management for the past five months regarding residents abusing the EV charging stations by leaving their vehicles parked long after charging is complete. The lease clearly states that violations like this are subject to fines, yet absolutely nothing has been enforced. After countless emails and follow-ups, the only response I continue to receive is “work in progress.” Five months later, there has been zero progress and zero accountability. The same residents continue violating the lease with no consequences while other residents are left without access to chargers they pay for. At this point, it is clear that management finds it easier to ignore the issue rather than do their responsibility and enforce the rules already written in the lease agreement. A lease violation is still a lease violation, whether management chooses to act on it or not. Very disappointing experience, especially for residents who rely on the EV chargers and expect the property to enforce its own policies fairly.
