Renaissance Apartments

I have put in yet another service order about the ac in my unit. It is not cooling my apartment correctly and is making my light bill increase to ridiculous amounts. I have put in about 7 maintenance requests at this point and asked to have my ac unit replaced since it apparently cannot be repaired correctly. It is summer time and it is unbearably hot outside i would like for my apartment to at least be cold so my family can beat the heat.

I would give this apartment complex 0 stars if I could. This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever rented. Every time something breaks, it takes months to get fixed. They constantly tell you that you have to “wait on a work order,” but nothing ever gets done. The communication is terrible. It’s almost impossible to get updates, and when you do, it’s just another excuse. The staff is unprofessional, and it feels like they don’t care about the residents or the condition of the apartments.My stove has been broken and still hasn’t been repaired. The bathtub was supposed to be repainted, but that never happened. The toilet broke and is still waiting to be fixed. They make promises about repairs, but they never follow through.If you’re looking for a place where maintenance requests are ignored, communication is poor, and basic repairs take forever, then this is the place. Otherwise, save yourself the stress and rent somewhere else. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Service was horrible, coming to fix things and don't clean up the mess where the area is. If you fix the vent might as well clean it as well.

My leasing agent was Ashley, she was very informative and patient with me during the application process. Carrisa was truly a jem. I have no complaints.
