Miami's airport guest wifi is of higher quality than the one offered here. Took me 3 minutes for google to load in order to write this review (I'm using a lan cable btw lol).

I don't normally leave Google reviews but thought this might be helpful to some. I was a law student at UF when I lived here and just moved out in July. After looking at other reviews on this apt complex, it seems the management is notorious for overcharging for what they constitute as "damage" or "waste." I (intentionally) left behind two small bathroom shelf liners in the bathroom drawers while moving out and management tried to bill me $50 for it. Any reasonable landlord would know that the shelf liners actually improve/benefit the property because it helps prevent damage to the underlying cabinet surface. Nevertheless, when I explained this to them, they demanded their $50 for disposing of these two small shelf liners. This was not the only time, however, that management tried to overcharge me. Management does frequent inspections on the property to assess and bill for anything they think constitutes as damage. Another instance happened where management found a bleach stain on my carpet the size of a quarter and management tried to charge me $450 for it. Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the condition of the carpet before I moved in and management dropped the charges when they realized the carpet already had many signs of wear and tear and the bleach stain was already there. Landlords can only charge tenants for damages that go beyond normal wear and tear to return the property to its original rental condition, not a new or improved state, but it is obvious this apartment does NOT follow this and will penny-pinch at every opportunity.

I had a very bad experience at my old apartment and that made me very nervous about finding a new student apartment. My roommates and I decided to choose redpoint and honestly we’re so happy that we did. The customer service from everyone was phenomenal. Especially Megan. She was fantastic, kind, and helpful. She deserves a raise. The apartment was very clean and smelled so good. I love this place and my roommates and I will more than likely be renewing our lease when time comes. The people here are also so nice! It’s my third day here and I’ve already made friends with my roommate. If you’re thinking about moving here, DO IT!! Sign the lease. You won’t regret it.

It's fine overall. The rent exceeds the value of the apartment. There are paint smears throughout, the appliances are outdated, and the gym is small. The office charges residents for damages caused by previous renters or roommates, and they don’t care to get involved if you’re having roommate issues. Clubhouse smoke alarm constantly beeps. Extra $15 per month for a “pool view" which goes for every 2x2.5 townhouse, regardless if you care for a pool view. That said, the pool is large and well-maintained, there's free printing, free parking, and it's pet-friendly. The location is convenient to campus, and maintenance is hit or miss but generally okay when they do respond.

When I moved in, I didn’t have a mattress, a toilet seat, all the drawers in my bathroom, a working lock on any of my doors, and the kitchen table was in my bedroom. Staff told me to leave within hours of arriving because they needed to remove a wasp nest from my bedroom window. Now that I’ve moved out, they charged 75 for paint, and 50 for removing hooks from the shower that were present from the previous tenant. Do no recommend living here. Staff will not work with me to settle the dispute and instead threaten litigation.
