The apartments are clean and in good condition. If there is ever an issue the maintenance crew is great and come fix it very quickly. The office staff is exceptional, even more special is Michele - she is very kind, and genuinely wants to do anything she can to help.

Michele Irizarry is absolutely the best! Her professionalism, communication, and dedication made my experience at Ram Boca Raton seamless! If I ever have a question or concern she helps with the best attitude. It’s hard to find people who care but they did a good job in hiring her

The staff has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and responsive. The leasing office and maintenance teams go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and residents feel at home. The apartments themselves are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I love the open layout, updated appliances, and the natural light that fills the space. The community amenities are nice, the gym is always clean and well-equipped, and the common areas are beautifully maintained. The location is another huge plus. It's just minutes from downtown Boca Raton, Mizner Park, beaches, shopping, and great restaurants. Whether you're working from home or commuting, it’s super convenient.

The communication at RAM has always been consistent. From start to finish, they are all great, including their accounting department, to the leasing office, to maintenance. All have been responsive and easy to deal with. I have been leasing from RAM for over 4 years and love the relationship my company has built with them. We will continue working with them for future units.

I LOVE the RAM in the Boca. The inside is all redone in every unit so it feels modern. All new appliances. The units aren’t the biggest, but the layouts are so functional it is honestly better than some of my friends who technically have more square feet. It feels so spacious. Also, the building is concrete. I have no issues with bugs whatsoever. All units have brand new impact windows and doors. I feel super safe living here. Alejandro (Alex) is the property manager and he is the BEST. He follows up and helps with anything you need. He truly cares about the residents. This is my second year living here and I love it!
