Piper Village West Apartments

The advertisement of this place makes it look amazing. Living here is a different experience. The property Manager Chris is helpful but he can only do so much. But I don’t like that there is no emergency maintenance line. I feel it is illegal to have a family living in an apartment where it is infested with MANY DIFFERENT BUGS and INSECTS INSIDE the apartment. I walk outside and I’m not fighting them at all. I don’t live like this. This place has too many open walls to where everything is getting inside. This place has many cockroaches of all sizes. They come in from the drains and disturbs your mental while in the bathroom or kitchen. Especially the huge ones. I have dead animals in the walls where the odor is terrible but management act like he can’t smell anything even when the bank came to inspect. Nothing was done. I have spiders dropping down from the ceiling where you could walk into them If you not paying attention. I have bugs on my kids bathing rags that I have to throw away each time because some bugs I don’t know how to identify. I have 3 little babies. They age from 1-3 years. They are even scared. Now I’m fighting with flying termites INSIDE the apartment. Very unprofessional. I’m going to look into code enforcement or something because this is not a livable condition and no family should have to live like this. I will not renew my lease. This is very uncomfortable and the price they want for these apartments are not worth $2400.

Nice apartment community at a very good price. The units are very spacious and the move-in process was easy and convenient. Management is great, and the maintenance staff are very responsive whenever something comes up. The neighbors are friendly and the community feels safe and welcoming. It’s a very family-friendly environment where kids are outside playing and people are social. I would definitely recommend considering this community if you’re looking for a place to move.

I must say I was living at piper village for over a year now with my sister now am in my own apartment in the same complex i couldn't see me living no where else but piper village management Christopher is a 20000 he's on your every demand .he and his staff is top tire i couldn't make a better decision when I moved in this building

I can’t say enough good things about Chris. He is incredibly responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in making sure residents have a positive experience. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, he’s been quick to respond and ready to help. His communication is clear, honest, and consistent, which makes a huge difference. It’s obvious he truly cares and takes pride in his work. Having a property manager like Chris makes this place feel well-run, supportive, and stress-free.
