Pembroke Cove Apartments

Ms.Lydia showed me around, the one one. She was super nice and attended me very well. I will be coming back for her and her great customer service.

Ok, let me start by saying the move in process was harmless. The staff was very helpful. Romina is a gem. When I say Pembroke Cove is lucky to have this young lady working for them, I wholeheartedly mean it. She is such an asset to their company. Professional, engaging, proficient and accommodating. Romina walked me through the entire process from the beginning to the end. The apartment was very nice and spacious. Maintenance comes immediately after placing a work order. However, my inconsiderate neighbors changed my positive disposition, immediately. My unit was on the first floor (building 26 Apt #103). Imagine minor children running up and down the stairs, screaming, stumping on the floor and kicking soccer balls up against the wall above your head all evening and all day on the weekends. There is a big open grassy area for them to play outside but apparently that was never an option. I tried to speak to the mother, to no avail. She stated, "I don't care, they are kids". So I attempted to make the leasing office aware. Again, after several in office complaints and emails, nothing was done. The mother of the children had gotten so bold, she even began attempts to antagonize me by parking in front of my driveway. I sent emails late at night when the noise was happening just so they would know the time frame. But was eventually told to call security. WHAT SECURITY? There's only a company that drives through once a night to cite parked cars that aren't registered as residents or guests. They really need security to check the utility rooms at each building every night, ensuring the homeless guy hasn't broken the locks and is inside asleep or listening to music as if he's in his bedroom at home. Thank God I was only there temporary for home renovations, because there is no way I could stay with that noise and blatant disrespect for people around you. I terminated my lease 6 months early. I should not and will not pay before the due date and be displaced by ignorance on a daily basis. So if you're looking for a one bedroom apartment in that community, stay away from building 26 apartment 103. Run extremely fast...

lydia had great customer service and showed me everything in the community. She was very thorough and detailed.

Jose and all the maintenance workers at Pembroke Cove are excellent, attentive to everything, and they resolve issues quickly.
