I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at Oasis. After Leandro left the office, the level of customer service declined significantly. I lived there for over two years, and while the community itself is beautiful, my interactions with the leasing office have been consistently frustrating. There seems to be little effort to resolve issues that are not straightforward, and I often felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I also caution future residents regarding Rhino. The complex recommends this third-party company, yet when problems arise, they state that they cannot assist because it is a separate entity. If an apartment community maintains any relationship with a third-party service they promote, there should at least be a reliable point of contact or support available for current or past residents.

I’m leaving this review to inform anyone seriously considering this complex, especially those relocating from out of town. I drove 4.5 hours to tour this property after scheduling a tour earlier in the week, with the intention of applying and starting the leasing process. The website advertises a 2bd 2bth bedroom unit at a certain price point, showing what appear to be renovated units with modern finishes. However, upon arrival, I was told that the advertised floor plan was actually a “retro” unit with very limited amenities—outdated appliances, no microwave, and not at all what is depicted online. The leasing agent explained that what is shown all over the website is considered their “renovated” or “Harmony” package, and that those one-bedroom units start around $2,300/month—which is not clearly reflected in the online pricing or floor plans. What makes this situation so disappointing is- I was also told there was nothing available for me to tour, not even a model of the Harmony units. While the leasing agent herself was very kind and professional, the experience was extremely disappointing due to the misleading advertising. I would not have made this trip had the website accurately represented the units, pricing, and availability.
