It’s Genuinely the wonderful people here that Convince me to sign that lease Renewal every time! Nancy Roig the Property Manager is Beyond AMAZING 🤩 Cucho Maintenance is Beyond Satisfaction! I Hope this Message reaches the Owner and CEO, because you can see Nancy Roig Passion in her duties for the Residents. 🤩 Cucho Work performance reflects a strong passion for Maintenance; once a Work Order is Submitted, the job is Completed within 30mins or less. ..I am Beyond Satisfied with the Services I have been “Receiving”… ….You (Ms.Nancy) and (Cucho) are the Reason I feel so at Home that I don’t want to leave! 2026 will make 9yrs.!

I’ve had such a positive experience living at Oakwood Apartments! The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and conveniently located. Everything from the landscaping to the cleanliness of the property shows that the management truly cares about residents’ comfort. Nancy, the manager, deserves special recognition. She’s always professional, kind, and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. Her genuine care for residents really makes Oakwood feel like home. It’s refreshing to have a manager who goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable. I have been a resident of Oakwood properties for 4 years. Nancy has been the best Property Manager I have worked with to date. She listens to her residents and follows through with whatever they need. It is nice to have a Property Manager that helps make a place feel more like home. She is going achieve great changes while she is here.
