If I could give a zero star I would. Worst place I have ever lived. Ac never works, water was brown, mold, bugs and lizards, cops are at the community daily, the parking is god awful, terrible property management, even tried to break lease and was threatened to have my credit attacked and taken to court. Property manager was actually the worse human I’ve had the pleasure of being introduced to. Truly sick how I was treated by this women… Pay more money to live anywhere but here.

Overpriced roach infested garbage. Also saw a rat run out of the utility room. Our apartment has no lights in the bedroom or living room and no ceiling fan anywhere. They can’t even maintain the parking it is falling apart.

Absolutely horrific experience. Roach infested. One chair at each pool, all cracked. AC always broken, multiple times people came to work on it and never fixed it, one time ended up with no water OR AC because their maintenance people do not know what they’re doing. Washer and dryer are awful, most of the time out of order even though we still had to pay to do laundry. Ended up going to the laundromat once a week. Elevator gets stuck. Dirty and old environment in the entirety of the community.

My mom bought a place here and moved us kids to FL way back in the 80s and still lives here. I was 15. Back then it was fresh and new, well maintained..I've seen many many changes to the HOA, upkeep, and rules. I bought my own unit in the mid 90s . lived here for 10 yrs, then rented my unit out for 12 yrs, now I'm back with my husband and kid. Both moms and my building are quiet, nice neighbors, and no mold, an occasional bug here and there, but pest control will come eradicate if you call the office before it escalates. Withstood all the hurricanes we've had, it's sturdy construction . We had a roof leak after the 2005 season, they fixed ceiling, and new roof the following year Parking is good by my mom's place, but sucks near my building . If your laundry doesn't work, there's a phone number to report it, they come right away to fix . Look, it's an old place. Stuff happens, ...Each owner is responsible for maintaining their unit, and that includes Owners who are landlords . There are a bunch of "investors" who buy up units, just to rent them out. My opinion is that is the main issue to the downturn in care . These owners don't live here, and neither do most the board of directors , which to me is a conflict of interest . All in all, it's location location location. Respect the Age of the buildings,... Be kind to the office & maintenance staff, Take pride in your home, and be a good neighbor

Stay away. This place will seem like a steal of a deal when your comparing prices to other places. However, it’s a horror story. 1. Parking is terrible with only one spot per unit. And guest parking goes fast. 2. The washers and dryers are community and require payment with each use. They are more often than not out of order. 3. The sewer system in our unit need fixed, and after an estimate from a plumbing company was never fixed because of cost. When I say needed fix there was a pipe below had corroded and was no longer functioning. 4. Boca is hot and the AC systems were constantly needed service and out of order. 5. Our land lord required a huge deposit down. Out of that deposit he had us pay the real estate agents. (Never putting in an escrow account as required). Predictably when we moved he tried to keep as much of that as possible. 6. The roaches are absolutely terrible. I’ve never seen anything like it. Do yourself a favor. And just don’t do it.
