New River Cove Apartments

Very cute apartment 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Replaced an outlet that was put in by ATT. Didn't have to but took care of us. Never a complaint from the maintenance staff at new river Update. I would just stay away. Once the old staff left it went downhill. The neighborhood isn’t was it used to be. Office staff are not helpful. I considered moving back, but three seconds interaction with the staff on Saturday morning made my decision easy to never return. Maintenance is the only good thing about this place.

PLEASE RUN AWAY I started my lease and wasn’t able to move in because there was insects all of the new apartment and because most of the lights in the unit wouldn’t turn on. I put a pests control and maintenance request in and told the property managers that i still hadn’t move in because I was waiting for the issues to be addressed but they were dismissive for the whole time. I finally moved in 2 weeks after my lease started since the issues still weren’t being resolved and still haven’t been resolved. Staircases for resident buildings are filthy from top to bottom, pigeons and birds everywhere you look in the building, and the worst things is if you are living near one of the buildings by the pool forget about getting any sleep at all. Loud music is played all day and night at the pool, children screaming, and no one follows the pools rules they leave the pool at 11:30pm or whenever they feel like it.
