Wonderful apartments the property manager and team are awesome and do great work with the trees they are very nice looking :)

I lived here 96-99, second floor, first apartment over looking 10th. studio, but I was 25 and first time on my own really. The owner at the time was really nice.

I have been living here now for 3 months and I am very satisfied with my choice in apartment. The area is very quiet and well kept. They recently put in new washer machines and I’m very happy. Especially the customer service when I need anything done or have any questions the office manager always helps me.

This morning I walked in looking for an apartment to rent, I was greeted by the property manager named Diana and she was very helpful and able to answer all of my questions, she was very friendly. This was the 5th community that I went to look at and none of the others were as helpful as Diana and her staff. I will be renting from here in April.
