Horrible place to live in especially with the rent they are asking for. Water pipes are old they often burst inside the cheap walls and cause flooding and damage to one’s property. Mold grows rapidly in that building please check the apartment for water damage especially on the roof caused by neglectful neighbors upstairs. Neighbors upstairs on 203 are very noisy can hear tenants arguing and screaming at late hours of the night, daytime hear various slams from that apartment. I pray for however moves into apt 103 because you’re walking into a legit Hell 🔥🔥
