I am very disappointed with my experience at Delray Midtown. Despite numerous requests, they have still failed to refund my administration fee, which is unfair and unprofessional. The management has been unresponsive and dismissive about resolving this issue, despite promises to do so. This lack of transparency and accountability has caused me frustration and inconvenience. Given their failure to fulfill their financial obligations, I am now considering seeking legal advice to recover the funds owed to me. I would advise potential tenants to be cautious and thoroughly review their lease agreements and any fees beforehand. Transparency and timely communication are key qualities I believe should be standard in property management, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience.

Not the greatest a few months before my lease ended the ac went out on the 2nd floor and maintenance never fixed it but claimed they did and would monitor it and it was broken making the ac work overtime therefore me paying more money to FPL and then as well when receiving my deposit back my last water bill was higher than any of the last 11 months they claim and don’t get me started on parking it’s horrible people will refuse to park in their driveways because they don’t want to block in their garage and their is never any guest parking spots
