We worked with Alex from beginning to the end of our stay here and let me tell you he was amazing. He is always professional, friendly, and genuinely willing to help. Whether it's answering questions, resolving maintenance concerns, or keeping residents informed, he handle everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. The building can get a noisy at times but besides that we were comfortable. The gym was good, pool amazing but I just love the downstairs pods where I can of got some work done.

I am a resident here and just recently renewed my lease. I love the location and pretty much the only high-rise building here, so I get 180 views. The management team is very responsive and very easy to reach. Alex is very cool and straightforward, answered every question, and solved all problems that I have about the apartment. Safe to say, renewing my lease is a no-brainer.

I’m so happy I did a walk-in yesterday. Alex was a pleasure; he’s the property manager. He’s so sweet and very informative. He broke down everything for me with the fees and rules of the community. He showed me 3 models of the 1/1 on different floors and with slightly different floor plans. Love all of them. The property is well kept and super modern. The amenities are awesome, from the yoga room. The gym and the workspace/offices. And the location is a centralized area next to the mall and Lots of shops. Please catch that 2 months' free rent; don’t miss out on that opportunity. View the place and lock in.

I really love this apartment complex!! It's secure, clean, communititive, private, and all together great. The staff is great 10/10 there all polite compared to my last complex. Alex, is great usually property managers don't care but I can personally say Alex takes a lot of pride in his job and in this community. Pets are also allowed which is one of the main reasons I also love this place. The complex is also super close to anything you need which I like. The pool is great and looks like a resort, we have a nice common room which you can reserve or use freely. We have a gym and a yoga room but I wish the yoga mirror worked. Other than that love the complex.
