It's a very clean site with daily activities and lots of organized parties; people who enjoy community living will appreciate it. You'll need to become a member of the Alouettes club to participate. The condos have average soundproofing. The pool is too small; it's full by 1:30 p.m. Children and grandchildren stay for several weeks starting in mid-December.
