Josh the manager has truly turned around the whole entire place. I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s really a breath of fresh air. he’s an absolute pleasure to speak with and extremely professional and he handles things in a timely manner. Flavio their main maintenance worker that they have on site is exceptional at everything you need taken care of, as well as professional at providing you the proper service with whatever your needs are. The both of them should 100% be given raises and some payed holidays. No questions asked! Things were an absolute nightmare before Josh in that office he’s really turned things around in there and is very knowledgeable about everything. Flavio has always been great the entire time plus he has many skills and always takes the job seriously and handles things as quickly as possible. I don’t know what they get paid now but when you have good workers who show up day in and day out like them you should take great care of them and appreciate them if you want them to stay. Both Josh and Flavio do a lot for the community and I’m sure they would appreciate a raise and maybe a few more payed vacation days…. Just a suggestion to whomever reads this.
