The office staff and maintenance staff are.very friendly and there when I need them. I enjoy staying here. They make sure the property is safe and the tenants are happy

I was recommended to get a place from my friend Tia Augustine. I was a little scared reading the negative reviews, about roaches and rat problems. But after hearing my friend’s experience from living there for almost 4 years she’s never had a problem. I met up with the new manager Tiffany, and she was amazing, explained everything perfectly and made my experience very smooth. I definitely recommend living here. Please disregard the negative reviews I promise there’s no infestation here. 😊

I'm in building 6-101 and my experience here has been Great !!!! I think the maintenance department is under staff but the ones we have are Very Loyal and does a Very Good Job 👍 The Front Office Has Been Magnificent It’s Been Tuff But Through It ALL Malibu Bay Is A Much Better Place To Live. The Staff is amazing they make u feel like ur a part of a family I came in for a tour and Kim told me that they were not giving out tours anymore but was able to show me a picture of the apartment. Javon and Kim was so helpful they didn’t have the apt that was right for me right now but they gave their info so I can keep in touch. I definitely referred Malibu Bay to my best friend and mother.

01- 27-2025 I had a deeply disappointing experience with Malibu Bay Apartments at 750 Malibu Bay Dr, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. I submitted my application, provided my Social Security information, and scheduled a tour through their website, which stated that five apartments were available. Initially, I had an appointment on Friday, but I couldn’t attend, so I contacted the person who had texted me earlier. They instructed me to reschedule online, which I did, confirming a new appointment for today at 4:00 p.m. with both an email and a text confirmation. When I arrived, the receptionist, seated on the right side as you enter, appeared unprofessional. She spent a long time on the phone, and when she finally finished, I informed her of my appointment. To my surprise, she told me they no longer offer tours and that no apartments were available, which contradicted the information on their website and the confirmations I received. What’s even more concerning is that I provided my Social Security information as part of the application process, yet I was given false information and misled about the availability of apartments. This situation feels highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices. The receptionist's dismissive attitude and tone felt discriminatory, leaving me feeling disrespected and unwelcome. For a business that deals with potential renters, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating to waste time, effort, and personal information only to encounter such poor service. This further highlights my disappointment with their poor management and lack of professionalism. Businesses like Malibu Bay Apartments should be held accountable for better communication, transparency, and respectful treatment of potential tenants. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to anyone. After reading other reviews, I also found complaints about the property being poorly maintained and reportedly infested with roaches, which only confirms my concerns about their management. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding their handling of my personal information and their overall unprofessionalism
