Lush Apartments

If I could give a ZERO star I would.These people are rudeeeeee.... The girl in the office always mad and never answer when I call. The owner don't care about the people he hire. I been living here for years and never had an office staff or maintenance staff as rude as this staff. The old office staff was helpful and well mannered. The old maintenance team will get the job done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I CANT WAIT TO MOVEEEE...

They need to start of by training the people in the office at the front desk.They don't know how to talk to ppl. She always got an attitude and never has an answer. Y'all need to do basic training on how to be nice to people and provide customer service because I'm a paying customer and I've refer a lot of ppl to LUSH APTS. I spoke to a lot of people that lives here that I refer to and they all feel the same way. SO it's not fair I work 2 jobs to pay rent and have to deal with a disrespectful person at the front office weather call or stop by. and can't never get my work order fixed the it's always a problem. What happened to old people that was there??? Cause the staff they got now is TRASH!!!

Lush Properties is a wonderful place to live , Maintence is Excellent and repairs are done quickly , Leasing Office Is Excellent they take care of their residents quickly its a family based community , Apts are clean and well maintained , Free Cable Free Wifi its all very good and everything is New. AC is Great as well. Also Owner Micheal Gordon is a wonderful compassionate landlord who goes out his way to help people , He cares about his tenants and his community by putting events together to bring people together . I really respect him and his staff and everything they do for people. I really miss lush properties and really miss being a tenant there , I never wanted to leave i wanted to renew my lease but i was in a situtation where i was forced to leave the county bscause of a unfair untruthful case in lauderhill that is now dismissed. My experience has been one of the worst with this apartment complex from the application process to the actual moving in they make promises they can’t keep and tell you one thing but then say another when confronted about it smh they are horrible at communication they will Never call you back for anything!!! (So don’t ask questions and expect and answer) u legit have to go into the office cuz they will ignore your phone calls ANNND !THEY HAVE ROACHES!! which they didn’t say anything about they say the apartments are updated and appliances are new (but it looks like a rush job was done here) They Are Not new! Dryer leaks washer is dented just sooo many little things wrong with this apartment and they just moved us in any way 🤔 how am I paying for something that’s suppose to be included in rent and I’m Not receiving the service 🤷🏽‍♀️ that’s “included” make it make sense I’m ready to move out and it hasn’t even been more than 2 weeks

Great place to live. Always Clean and they always take care of any issues. 5️⃣🌟
