Lumaire West Palm Beach Apartments

I recently moved into Lumaire and have been settling in over the last few weeks. The location is honestly unbeatable, being this close to downtown and the Brightline makes life so much easier. The building itself is beautiful. My apartment has amazing natural light, and the views are to die for. I’m a huge fan of the pool deck and the fitness center, plus having a pickleball court right in the building is a major perk! The move-in process was mostly smooth, and the office staff I’ve interacted with have been very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m really enjoying the lifestyle here and am happy with my decision to move to Lumaire. Looking forward to getting to know the community better!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough amazing things about Lumaire in West Palm Beach! From the moment I toured, I knew this place was special. The apartments are spacious, modern, and brand new — everything feels thoughtfully designed and elevated. The location is unbeatable. It’s only 10 minutes from the airport and just 6 minutes from CityPlace, which means luxury shopping, dining, and entertainment are right at your fingertips. The amenities truly set this community apart — a beautiful pool, fully equipped gym, media room, BBQ grills, pet run with grooming station, electric charging stations, on-site laundry, and a doorman for that extra layer of comfort and security. It honestly feels like resort-style living every day. And I have to give a special shoutout to Rashida Harris. She is phenomenal — professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Truly one of a kind! If you’re looking for modern luxury in an amazing location, Lumaire is it. Highly recommend!

I’ve been living at Lumaire for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The amenities are top-tier and the building is always clean. • I have to give a huge shoutout to Joe, who helped me select my apartment when I moved in. I know he has left since then, but I’m super grateful because his recommendation was spot on. • That being said, I love the rest of the team too! Everyone is amazing, especially Shida and Rob—they are always so friendly and helpful. It really feels like a community here. Highly recommend!

I have to say I was so lucky when I moved back to WPB and moved into a place that I was a frat house. I did not know until after moving that the Lumaire existed. So I was lucky to get out of my lease and Rob made it super easy for me to do everything that I needed to do to move in here. Shida was so amazing showing me all the different units and everything that this place has to offer. I always tell everyone I feel like I live in Miami at the SLS or the affinity building. From everyone at the Concierge to the whole team to the maintenance everyone is always spot on perfect. I am so blessed to live here and thankful and I really do feel like this community is my home.

The views are breathtaking, and every space—from the common areas to the fitness center and pool—has been designed with care and attention to detail. What really sets Lumaire apart, though, is the people. The management team and staff go above and beyond for every single resident. They’re responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in creating a positive living experience for everyone here. The community events and activities they organize make it easy to meet neighbors and truly feel at home. I can honestly say I’ve never felt safer or more supported in a residential building. Lumaire is more than just an apartment—it’s a vibrant, caring community that feels like family. I’m so grateful to call this place home and can’t recommend it highly enough!
