Lomar Apartments

I lived here for almost 7 years. Had no issues until they changed management and Cruise Property took over. Trash was CONSTANTLY piling up and they took several days to complete a maintenance request. They had only one guy answering all the maintenance calls. The garbage became such a problem, mice got into the building. You're better off renting elsewhere.

In short... the entire maintenance staff leaves much to be desired: vulgar, incompetent, disrespectful, and disruptive—in short, awful. Don't rent there if you want a peaceful life.

I have lived here for 13 years. Never had an issue that didn't get fixed immediately. The apartments have been around since 1966 but look very good. Bruce was always very professional with a positive attitude. Neighbors are quite with a few exceptions over the years. Cruise has been very responsive.
