I just moved out 8 weeks ago after living there for 5 years and I miss the place already. We left for 2 reasons: the rent was going up & our lives are in Broward County NOT Miami. While living there the neighbors became like family we have 2 children and when we left a few neighborhood kids cried as they were best friends with ours. I have met 18 year old kids that were born in this community and it adds to the value. BULLET POINTS ABOUT THE PLACE: PRO's: gated community for the money child & family friendly office staff tern over is not that bad the entire community is kept very clean 75% of the time you get same day maintenance Eddie is the best (longest standing maintenance man) roaming security. Gated community FOB controlled gate, pool, gym & laundry Pet friendly The office does fun things for the tenants CON's Thieves jump the wall on the west side to steal and vandalize cars from time to time BUT not often. Some neighbors don't pick up their dog poop some neighbors feed stray cats bring cat fleas Property is older so its a little worn out; thin windows, lite waterstains/mold. Overall it was a great place to live, I miss it already!
