I had the opportunity to live in this building both as a long-term resident and later as a short-term tenant, and my experience was excellent throughout. The management was always professional, fair, responsive, and genuinely cared about the residents. The building manager was especially friendly, approachable, and always available whenever assistance was needed. The building itself is quiet, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable living environment. Everything is new, modern, and built to a very high standard, with beautiful finishes and attention to detail throughout. The apartments are spacious, bright, and thoughtfully designed, making them both comfortable and functional. The community is respectful, friendly, and creates a pleasant atmosphere for everyone living there. The common areas are always clean, the property is well cared for, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everyday necessities. Another great advantage is the convenience of having two excellent restaurants located right below the building, as well as a UPS Store, making everyday errands incredibly easy. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a high-quality place to live, whether for a short stay or long-term residence.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Koosh Living at Griffin. The building is very clean and everything looks brand new. The service was excellent—Jacob did a fantastic job and really made our stay even better. I stayed here with my wife and kids, and they all loved it. The location is perfect: safe, close to I-95 and the Turnpike, and super close to the best casino in the world, the Hard Rock Guitar Casino. Highly recommend!
