I had a very disappointing experience due to the poor customer service. I visited as a guest and didn’t have my physical wallet because I use Apple Pay, with all of my cards stored digitally. Before parking, I specifically asked the valet attendant if paying with Apple Pay would be accepted, and I was told it would be. However, when it was time to leave, I was informed that Apple Pay was not accepted, leaving me with no way to pay. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, the staff kept me waiting for a long time before returning my car. Throughout the entire experience, every employee I interacted with seemed irritated and unwilling to help. The lack of communication, inconsistent information, and poor attitude made for an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this service unless customer service and payment policies improve significantly.

I already left a review before, but I couldn’t help writing another one. Sometimes the people and the way they treat you leave such a strong impression that you simply want to say thank you again. We have just renewed our sixth lease at Intracoastal Yacht Club, and I think that says it all. This is no longer just a place where we live — it has truly become our home. Recently, I had a question and reached out to the office. Yanelis responded immediately and helped resolve everything quickly. Katya and Medalin, as always, were kind, attentive, and ready to help. It’s because of people like them that you feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. The professionalism, kindness, and personal attention they provide create an atmosphere where you don’t want to leave.
