My boyfriend and I have lived here for the past year and a half, and moving out is honestly bittersweet because we’ve loved living here so much! After touring a lot of apartments in the West Palm Beach area, this one stood out because of how much space you get for the price. We were originally set on being right in the downtown area but once we walked this building we knew. Beautiful views, in a quiet area but not lacking in its community events and friendly staff and neighbors. Throughout the entire time we lived here, we never had any issues with our apartment. Everything worked as it should, and the property was always well maintained. One of the things we appreciated most was how quiet it was. Apartment living can sometimes come with a lot of noise, but that was never our experience here. We always felt like we could come home, relax, and enjoy our space. We also felt very safe the entire time we lived here. The amenities were great and always kept clean, and we loved spending time around the property. The views from our apartment were beautiful and are definitely something we’re going to miss. The office staff and maintenance team were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about the residents. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to help and always made the process easy. The management team regularly hosts resident events, which made it easy to meet people and made the complex feel much more welcoming than most apartment communities. It really felt like they put effort into creating a place where people enjoyed living, not just somewhere to rent. Overall, we honestly don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. This apartment truly felt like home for the last year and a half, and we’re only moving because we are leaving the state. We’d absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a spacious, quiet, safe, and well-managed place to live in West Palm Beach close to everything you need without being crammed into the downtown area. Yonca and Mayer are truly the heartbeat of the experience — a dynamic duo who understand that luxury is found in the details. Their responsiveness, warmth, and ability to make the process feel effortless immediately set this property apart. What also makes this community especially unique is the level of privacy and security. While many properties advertise “gated access,” very few can offer the exclusivity of being located within a private HOA community featuring a 24/7 manned guard gate. It creates a sense of discretion, tranquility, and security that discerning residents genuinely value. The residences themselves feel far more akin to privately owned condominiums than traditional apartments. The finishes are refined, modern, and thoughtfully curated, with a level of craftsmanship rarely seen in rental communities. Combined with impeccably maintained amenity spaces and sweeping golf course views, the atmosphere feels sophisticated, serene, and genuinely upscale. For anyone seeking a luxury rental experience that prioritizes service, privacy, and elevated living, this community is in a class of its own.

I also have to give a lot of credit to the staff.. Heidi, Mayer and Keymon. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any questions or concerns are handled quickly and with a great attitude, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to live in West Palm Beach with a great community and supportive staff, Inscription is definitely worth considering. I’m very happy to call it home.

Living at Inscription West Palm Beach has truly been a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. From the landscaping to the amenities, everything is thoughtfully cared for and it really shows. What makes this community even more special is the team. They are incredibly hands-on and always ready to help whenever something is needed. A special mention goes to Heidi Setaro, the Property Manager, who has been more than helpful with any situation I’ve requested assistance with. She always greets residents with a smile, is genuinely willing to help, and is impressively fast when it comes to resolving any matters that arise. I absolutely love living at Inscription West Palm Beach and truly appreciate the dedication and care the team puts into making this community such a great place to call home.

Wow! What can say about Inscription?! Everything is so perfect here. The location, the amenities, the cleanness… Everything is super well maintained and organized. A special shout out to the staff, from the maintenance to the office. Spot on! I also love the community, really nice neighborhood that becomes friends and I'll take them for life.
