Here at Hollyridge apartments CHARLES is an asset he is always quick to make repairs as well as taking care of additional matters when asked. I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say Charles has been a life saver and very quick to get the job done. Update*************** There has since been a change in management with Madeline Diaz as the current property manager. It’s very difficult to talk to her, and she shows very little interest if not any to your concerns. For future tenants I think it is important to have a property manger that actually cares about the up keeping in your unit. I had to complaint numerous times for my work order to be submitted. I will NOT be renewing my lease due to management and I highly advise those looking for a home to ask themselves if they want to live somewhere that they have to battle management.

Hello Holly Ridge Reviews Section My name is Rodney Aaron, I reside at Holly Ridge Apartments in Hollywood,by way of Pembroke Park. I'm giving a 5 star review of the Management, and Maintenance Team. Recently, I reported to Management that my a/c unit was not cooling properly. The Maintenance Technician, who's name is Kenyatte, came over to assess the problem. Later,the same day of the work order request,Kenyatte came and took the unit out,took it over to their work station to do what he had to do to get the unit cooling again. When he put the unit back in place and started it up,it only took minutes to cool down my apartment. It's working so good, til I don't even need to use the cooling fan in the bedroom. This unit is the second one since I've lived here,and it is working better than when I first moved in.This was quality service from this young man, I even mentioned to the Manager's office, Mrs.Michelle, that the unit is working really well,even better than when I first moved in. All I can say at this point, Job Well Done.I I have enjoyed living here in Holly Ridge Apartments, it is very pleasant, Mrs.Michelle is an extremely nice person,very understanding, and that is why I keep renewing my lease every year.
