Bs customer service bs on maintaining the properties bs overall

Very slow when coming to fix the problem it’s takes months to fix the problem

This property has changed management from Cornerstone to FPI Management, but unfortunately, there have been no meaningful upgrades to the units. The carpets appear to be over a decade old, and the interiors is very outdated, with basic white formica cabinets that’s peeling, plastic cabinet handles, and standard white appliances. The overall condition of the community is also disappointing. The playground is poorly maintained, some residents allow their dogs to roam without leashes, and parking can be frustrating since spots are often held for additional vehicles by residents. Overall, my experience has not been positive, and I would not recommend this property.
