Griffis West Palm

My experience at the Griffis has been amazing after moving to West Palm. The staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Anthony at the front desk has became not only a friend, but a huge help to me during the process of moving in, and looking out for the residents here. Justin, Ariana and Christiana have also made my experience exceptional. The amenities are always well taken care of, clean, and this building has a tight knit community. I love living here !!

This is my second year living at Griffis, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. The building is well-kept, safe, and feels like home with a lovely community of residents and staff. Special shout-out to Antony at the front desk, who has been absolutely wonderful. He’s kind, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to make residents feel cared for. I also love the location of the building as it is very walkable but still quiet. I renewed my lease without hesitation and highly recommend!

I just moved into Griffis West Palm Beach and couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The staff has been incredibly accommodating and welcoming. Everyone I’ve met—both staff and neighbors—has been warm and friendly, which made the transition feel seamless. Tonight’s resident event with drinks and hors d’oeuvres was such a thoughtful touch. It was a great way to get to know the community and connect with the team in a relaxed setting. I’m really glad I chose Griffis—feeling at home already!

As a fairly new resident at Anya Apartments since October 2023, I simply cannot express how incredible my experience has been. From the friendly and helpful staff, the outstanding amenities, the luxurious and modern ambiance, and the perfect location in the heart of Downtown West Palm Beach - I simply could not be happier with my decision to move here.
