I had an absolutely fantastic experience with John in the leasing office. From the very start, he was incredibly responsive and took care of every detail. No question was too small, and he made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. I couldnβt be more grateful for his help. Thank you John.

Appealing to the eye like all high rises in downtown. Upon walking into the building though was a different story. You are not greeted nor even approached. #1 regular human being etiquette towards residences. The woman saw me standing by the office needing help I mean a simple normal etiquette would be "hi good morning/afternoon" such such "how can we help" ....... NOTHING. She looked at me and I guess suppose I help myself or she was better than you because worked at the leasing office??? But no she walked right into her office and never said a word. (Spanish woman) I guess she thought she was better of some sort because she worked in the leasing office, second staff a guy he saw me but was with someone at his desk at the moment I had to intervene and the building is very complicated. Very. Side street parking. Thin walls. It actually reminds me of a hotel more than living but hey to each its own. I just know if I was to even remotely want to pay something like that to live there. Id think the utmost simple people (staff) were trained or had some knowledge of basic resident or even visitor etiquette. A human being present. But hey jokes on people who live here and actually enjoy it. I would not live here even if it was free. No thanks.

I donβt usually write reviews, but I feel the Loftin Building deserved one. I moved in a few months ago and have had a wonderful experience. Management truly goes out of their way for tenants and is always quick to take care of anything that comes up. They are incredibly caring, responsive, and kind, which makes living here feel comfortable and welcoming. I truly love calling this place home.

Lived here for the past 2 years and enjoyed it! I loved my exercise routine that included a walk to the ocean in Palm Beach and also enjoyed the dog park in the building that was convenient for my pups. John and Sunni were particularly nice. Lastly, great pool and roof deck.
