This is the worst place I have ever lived. Management is dishonest and negligent: If you are moving in these units please ask to see paperwork THEY HAVE BEEN RENTING WITHOUT THE PROPER LICENSE!!!!!!!!! • MOLD COVER-UP: Unit 415 has 4 types of mold. landlord / broker tried to hide the smell with air fresheners in the vents and provided a fake inspection report. My independent test confirmed the hazard. • BROKEN APPLIANCES: Dryer never worked (4 "repairs" failed). 2nd bathroom has no cold water, only hot. • POOR SECURITY: The gate is always broken; anyone can walk in. • UNFAIR CHARGES: They charge tenants for repairs that aren't their fault.($150) The walls are thin !! you will hear every sound of the outside . the upstairs and next door neighbors Do not move here. They prioritize hiding problems over fixing them.

Grand Isle Condo y a beautiful community all ages, with club house, gym and pool as amenities and a nice pathway around the lake so even your pet can enjoy the view.
