I liked the apartment, it was very comfortable.

Horrific management and mold everywhere

Broken air conditioner in 100 degree weather and maintenance said they can’t fix for 3 days . This happened at 1pm on a Friday, there are Home Depot’s and other places they can get a new air conditioner to replace this broken one but they instead are having my small child and myself sleep in this heat for the next 3 nights . I never complain when the gate is broken or the elevator or the bugs and critters but this is Unacceptable with a child in the home to be in south Florida with no air conditioning. This is a large building they should have a backup ready to go and since they don’t they should go to Home Depot . Makes no sense and there’s no excuse .
