I toured with Manny who was beyond amazing! He was informative, friendly, and professional. He did a fantastic job showing me around the apartment complex and answering any questions I had. I have been a resident for 6 years. Sylvia heads the leasing office and is attentive and polite. The maintenance team has always responded in a timely manner. The amenities are great! The gym and the pool are kept in good condition and clean. The club house is inviting and warm. It is a pet friendly community and neighbors in my building are good.

Moving here was the worse decision I made with my family. The neighborhood is filthy, the rent is ridiculous because these aren’t luxury apartment whatsoever. The neighbors don’t clean up after their pets, elevator is full of dog urine. Your base rent can be low but when you get the final rent with all the added tomfoolery it’ll be an additional 300-500 which is highway robbery. Why am I being charged for trash pick up when nobody picks up our trash from the door, we walk to the filthy trash chute and throw it there ourselves. The reason I moved here was because of the gym being accessible 24/7 from what I was told but it’s more like prison. It’s only open when the office is open and you have to walk there to gain access, the key fob for it hasn’t worked since I moved here. Some weeks you might see it open & some weeks they’re closed because whoever was assigned to open it before leaving doesn’t do that. Why must I pay for a gym membership when I have one in my neighborhood that I cannot gain access to? Management isn’t helpful whatsoever, move anywhere except here & if they ask for a 5 star review at least read the ones you see beforehand.

This review is late but necessary. First of all I’ve been here since 2020 when Eurus first opened and I lived here for four years and then I left and then I came back and I am here currently it’s 2026 July and the reason why I left and came back is mainly because of the property manager, Sylvia. Although she has a Great staff, I have to admit that Sylvia is the best property manager landlord I’ve ever had in my whole life. She cares about you. She goes above and beyond to help you with any needs that you have, whether it comes to a parking permit or a repair for your apartment she is the best. Eurus apts have great places to rent. I live in a 2/2. And it has some great amenities, fair parking, but truly the best thing that I love about living here is the customer service. And one more time Sylvia is amazing. You’ll be lucky to have her as a landlord. lastly, I got a recommend a Franklin Martes, He recently fixed my AC and it’s working amazing now thank you Franklin. Great work.
