Avoid this place at all costs! The administration runs a predatory towing scheme. They tow legally registered residents without any prior communication. It’s clear they care more about towing kickbacks than resident satisfaction. Moving here was a huge mistake. Completely unethical management.

Was considering renting here and landlord was nice. However I knew it wasn’t the right place for me when during the pre application process my potential landlord told me I should mention to the HOA that I am a “colored woman”. Very very disappointing.

The pool is disgusting, I posted some pictures of the pool GREEN and NASTY! And this pool has been like this for weeks!! Management won’t do anything about it even though multiple people complained. The gym haven’t been fixed in months !! The new speed bumps are outrageous and everywhere !! The gated used to come in and out of the community is somehow always broken, either the camera to see the plates are broken or the the post itself is broken! The management sucks and won’t do anything about these problems !!

Very poor and sloppy community ,and the association is over $800 for a 3 bedroom,at times the gate doesn’t work properly managed
