What a great little place! America, with who I have dealt with through my entire process has been nothing but proficient, kind and on top of it! I greatly appreciate her continued help and dedication to get me and my kids into one of the apartments.

They are professional, responsive, and truly care about the tenants. From the application process to move-in and beyond everything went smooth and stress-free. Any questions or maintenance issues were handled promptly and with a great attitude. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely value the people they serve. Highly recommend!

Adriana was amazing throughout the leasing process! She made everything easy and answered all my questions. I've been living here for a while now and I love it.

This place is charging much to high for renters. Without any upgrades or real maintenance having been done. Maintenance stays on the property late drinking and being loud. The new management is hard to communicate with and they rarely respond or answer your questions. The apartments are supposed to be income restricted but they definitely are not any longer with this new management.
