Cynthia Gardens

My son was a freshman and spent the last year living at Cynthia Gardens. The grounds are kept immaculate, Cindy and her staff were ALWAYS beyond helpful with anything that he needed, and the complex was always peaceful and pleasant. The location is right next to both Palm Beach State and FAU in the heart of Boca Raton, next to great restaurants, beaches shopping etc. Once again the staff was so professional, helpful and nice, we would recommend Cynthia Gardens to any student looking to attend school in Boca, or anyone just looking for a great place to live.

I lived at Cynthia Gardens for about two years as a student at FAU and had a great experience!! As a woman living alone for the first time, I loved how safe and comfortable in the community felt. The maintenance team was outstanding. Everyone in the community was very friendly, and the property is always well maintained. The amenities and pool area are consistently clean and well kept. Overall, I had a very positive experience living here and would recommend Cynthia Gardens to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and well-managed place to live!

I have lived here for years and I love it. Its safe, quiet and the neighbors are very nice. They keep the grounds very nice as well. And Cindy the office manager is a gem. Awesome place to be.

I have been living here now for 10 years as of 2026, great place to live, well maintained and beautiful surroundings, it is close to everything, FAU down the street for the collage students, hospital down the street in case any medical related emergencies, everything you can think of is all close by, from Publix to the Mall and Lots More. The Office Staff and Maintenance Crew are the Very Best I've ever Known, anytime theres ever been any issues on the Grounds or the Units which is Rare, they send their wonderful Maintenance workers to you immediately and help you in any needs or concerns you may have. I love Cynthia Gardens and you Shall too.

The Cynthia Gardens is by far my favorite and the best place I have ever lived and seen while being in Florida. The amenities are unmatched along with their amazing maintenance and office staff. They always keep the complex extremely clean and work as hard as possible to keep all of their residents happy. The location is also great. 10/10 recommend checking it out. I want to live here forever it was definitely an easy choice, couldn't say better things about it!
