Crystal Pointe Apartments

I’ve been living at Crystal Pointe Apt for over six years, and I’ve had a wonderful experience, mostly because of the fantastic office staff, Margaret and Fanny, and the maintenance team. The office staff are always professional, friendly, and quick to help. Whenever I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve taken care of it promptly and respectfully. The communication is clear, and they truly make residents feel valued and heard. The maintenance team is truly amazing. Requests are handled quickly, often faster than expected, and the work is done thoroughly the first time. The maintenance staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and always makes sure everything is working properly before leaving. Overall, the level of service here really stands out. It’s reassuring to know that both management and maintenance are dependable and take pride in their work. This makes living here comfortable and stress-free. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a well-managed place with a strong support team.

I have lived at Crystal Pointe Apts for 10+ years and it has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance staff is the best ever, things are fixed timely and accurately. The grounds are kept clean, lawn and shrubs groomed. Margaret is the best property manager and Fanny her assistant is so kind and helpful. I have amazing neighbors from all different backgrounds and countries. Everyone are either working professionals or are retired. Everyone is respectfull of each other and when my packages are delivered they are at my front door when I get home from work. The management and staff bless us with an amazing Christmas party at the clubhouse every year including santa for the kids. The gym/equipment, sauna, pool, jacuzzi and tennis court/half court basketball are ⁷always in working order and very clea⁵n. Timely⁶Thank you Margaret, Fanny, G, and Tim and everyone for everything you do to make my community not feel like a rental community but like my home. These are just just a few reasons why I lived here so long. It's simply the best!!!

I came in on Tuesday Sept 5 the woman that greet me was very nice.This place is beautiful clean.I love this place but there was no opening I was told to try back next week Oct 5 THE Woman in the office was very nice she answer all my question with a smile on her face Thanks for being kind this is a beautiful place

I lived at Crystal Pointe for 6 years and leaving there was super hard because of the incredible staff. They go above and beyond and are what truly makes Crystal Pointe a luxury apartment. I am incredibly grateful for them and would move back in a heartbeat. Thank you Margaret, Fanny, G, Tim (and Tom)

My wife and I moved in on January 1st, 2020 and moved out on May 4th, 2024. I can summarize Crystal Pointe by saying this, you will not find a better value for your money in Broward County. All the bad reviews are from people who blame Margaret (the property manager) that they discriminated against, but the truth is they weren’t able to get an apartment due to their poor credit history or lack of references. There is an amazing mix of renters from diverse backgrounds here (Jamaican, Hatian, Latino, Brazilian, AA, White), so any insinuation that a particular race is not welcome here is nonsense. The reason why the administration is so particular about who lives here is because they all live here. Margaret, her assistant Fany (who is married to Tim the head of maintenance), the lead maintenance man Virgilio and his son…they ALL live on site. My neighbors were always great and trustworthy…very family oriented. I could leave my car doors unlocked, and a couple times forgot my house keys in the door and never once did I have anything stolen. You will RARELY find any litter on the ground. The pool area is well maintained. The gym is very dated (picture a circa 1985 high school gymnasium) but clean. Any time you need maintenance, you submit your request via their app and it will most likely be fixed by Virgilio that same day. Rents here are always significantly less than other complexes. We were paying under $1,800/mo for a 2 bed 1.5 bath two story unit. Rents go up every year to keep up with the inflating cost of maintenance, but they never price gouge. Rents are always fair, and I promise you won’t find anything nicer in the same price range. This is a great place to live.
