I lived there for 4 years. The apartment was spacious, the neighborhood quiet and safe. The river walk is very convenient and pretty. Whenever we had a situation that required maintenance, it was done quickly. The only negative aspect were the German roaches. They were everywhere! The administration had the apartment fumigated once or twice a month, but it did not solve the problem. I even had to pay for a professional exterminator, but that only gave me like a 2 month relief. He explained that the roaches were inside the walls. It would require a complete remodeling to get rid of them.

Really how many times can you paint over something? I left my apartment in the same way I got it and that was with mold inside the apartment. I mentioned it to the office all they did was came and sprayed over it and painted over it again. Also I left a forwarding address For my deposit which was $500 and I never received it. Just be careful dealing with this place and donβt say you were not warned. Good luck

Expensive for what they offer, poor management, they don't fix anything. My kitchen floor has been broken since August and they haven't repaired it because they don't have the staff, and in the end they make excuses for not fixing it. The air conditioning broke down and it took two days to get it fixed. The bathrooms are always having problems; supposedly they fumigate, but there are always cockroaches, and they make excuses not to return the deposit. And last month, zero responsibility and zero commitment. The laundromats always have problems, and you have to run around to other buildings to find a working washer and dryer. ππ» Alex is useless as an administrator, and on top of that, when you demand your rights, he's disrespectful and leaves you on hold talking to yourself.

This place is rife with injustice. Those of us who have lived here for a long time have our rents raised annually without any limits. Some see increases more than others, creating conflict among neighbors. New tenants are given the best prices for remodeled apartments. They don't fix things properly, so they always break down again. They want high rents but don't invest in the apartments. The paint deteriorates quickly, the toilets and sinks clog constantly. The washers and dryers don't work well, and the rooms are smelly and dirty. Alex, the manager, does a terrible job; he doesn't care about the well-being of each tenant, only about getting paid on time.
