This community offers a generally pleasant living experience, with many residents appreciating the friendly staff and prompt maintenance service, especially from specific individuals. The location is often highlighted as a significant positive, and the amenities like the pool and gym are well-liked when fully operational. However, recurring concerns include extremely limited and poorly managed parking, frequent issues with the community gates, and a noticeable problem with pet waste and pests throughout the property.

I’ve lived here for a few months now, my A/C broke and Javi and Harold took very good care of installing portable units to ensure my comfortability. This took almost 2 weeks to complete during summer. Maintenance communicated more than the office answered or responded with care.

I have lived in this community for 3 years, and every year has gotten worse. The one thing that hasn't changed is the kindhearted staff and maintenance workers, who do the best they can with what they've been given. There are many reasons I would tell someone not to move here for the sake of their own mental wellbeing. With the rental market as expensive as it is right now, I can't imagine anyone justifying moving here unless it's a last resort. Before I get into the issues, please remember that the nicer you are to the staff, the better they can make your experience. I understand the frustration that comes with living here, but that is no excuse to treat the staff poorly and then expect faster turnaround or better results. With that said, here are the real problems I'm sure most residents have dealt with — not just me. 1. Parking It is not fair to charge a resident a fee per car for parking when anyone, at any time, is allowed to park anywhere on the property. I have counted 20 to 40 cars at a time without parking stickers sitting in resident spots. Part of this comes down to how few visitor spots the community has, but it is shameful to charge residents for parking when non-residents can park anywhere with no consequences. If you are left without one spot left, which actually does happen, where are you supposed to park? There isn't a single lot nearby where you can leave a car overnight! There is parking/security enforcement, but I regularly watch them drive right past cars without resident tags and do nothing. They only care about cars parked near sidewalks or in handicap spots without authorization, which is the bare minimum of what enforcement should be. 2. Outside People Entering the Community Every time the gate stops working, which happens about once a month, anyone from the surrounding neighborhoods can drive right in, park in resident spots, and use the pool. Most will just tailgate you going into the community to get past the gate anyways. On weekends this frequently turns into full-blown parties at the pool. I have no problem with residents throwing a party6 at the pool, I do have a problem with people treating it like a free party pad where they can make as much noise as they want because they don't even live here. This is a known issue that never gets addressed because it happens after hours or on Sundays when staff are off. Given the kinds of parties being thrown and the substances that show up at them, this is a real safety concern for paying residents and their children. We pay to live here — the property should not be treated like a public pool. 3. Pet Waste Throughout the Community Residents here have a terrible habit of not picking up after their dogs. It is an incredibly simple thing to do, especially when the community provides waste stations throughout the property, and residents still don't bother. The stairwells smell of urine, and the whole complex ends up smelling like animal waste. I have stepped in dog poop several times, and I doubt anyone wants to deal with that. What makes it worse is that management continues to send out emails claiming they will do fecal testing to identify the responsible pet and hold the owner accountable. That is not true. They do not do this, and I cannot believe they can say it in the first place. The longer you live here, the more you peel back the layers and see the real problem, which starts with the higher-ups at the company. They collect rent and move on, do the bare minimum, and leave residents to deal with problems they never caused. If you care about your day-to-day experience in an apartment, I hope you read this whole review to understand what actually matters here. The facilities and amenities are genuinely nice, but they end up serving people who don't pay a dime to live here — and I don't believe anyone would want that for themselves or their family.

Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. They are everywhere. There is no routine pest control, you get an excuse each time you have to schedule for one. Either they couldn’t make it or they’re busy. The hallways are constantly full of dead and live roaches, and I’ve even seen live ones feeding on the dead ones. My garage, which only contains my car, has 5–7 large roaches (about the size of a pinky) roaming around almost every week. I’ve had my car professionally detailed multiple times because I’m genuinely worried they’ve gotten inside it. The previous tenant even warned us about mold concerns in the apartment and the air vents. Rather than investigate, management simply denies there’s a problem. If you’re considering moving here, read the reviews carefully before signing a lease. If you don’t want to see 5–8 roaches every day or constantly chase down management just to address basic maintenance issues, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
