I want to especially thank Jeison and Joel for their excellent service. They were very kind, attentive, and efficient; in no time, everything was working perfectly. It's a pleasure to have such willing maintenance staff who do their job with such dedication. You can tell they really strive to do their job well and provide good service to the residents.

The maintenance team at the Cortland apartments at pines Joel,jeison and their new member Christopher are always on point with fixing the work order that’s giving… im not being bias when I say this—they work hard throughout the rain-the heat and always going above and beyond to make sure me as a Tenant get things done.It might take them a while to get to me giving they have to wait for approval but this is Top tier for me-Maintenance Guys on 10/10 on my book. On another Note quiet neighborhood /community and great Management on board.With this new parking 🅿️ hope that includes fixing the gate.

I recently came to the complex to tour an apartment. The gate was open. There was a bunch of loose garbage by the dumpster across the street from the leasing office. Employees were standing right by it but ignoring it. The other dumpster I could see down the road was piled high with garbage. All of the future resident spots were taken. I ended up not touring the unit for an unrelated reason, but I wanted to share my impression of the property. The leasing agent I spoke to was friendly and professional.
