I’ve been living in this community for five years, and I can honestly say that the happiness of the residents depends so much on great customer service. I have been truly impressed by how much the customer service has improved over the years. I especially want to recognize Drew. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, she happily took the time to show us the three-bedroom apartments because we currently live in a two-bedroom and are hoping to transfer. She was also so sweet with our son, which meant a lot to us. Drew truly deserves recognition for the outstanding service she provides. Thank you for making us feel valued as residents! Thank you Drew!!!!

BEWARE new leasees! This property looks nice on the outside but management is some of the most predatory I’ve seen in South Florida. This is not a luxury living experience! From broken walls to broken gates to break ins to non residents/solicitors walking around selling things from shoes and internet to HIDDEN FEES, I have been left speechless and I say a prayer every time I see a U-Haul truck with someone moving in. There are better properties around Hollywood / Broward I promise you

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition. I especially want to thank Drew and Cheo. They were incredibly welcoming, easy to communicate with, and always made sure I was taken care of. They genuinely care about their guests, and it shows in every interaction. This has been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had, and I’m grateful for their hospitality.This my first week and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here over again and I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with hosts who truly go above and beyond. Thank you again, Drew and Cheo, for making me feel so welcome!

I have really enjoyed living here. The community is well maintained, and whenever I have needed assistance, I have always received excellent service I would especially like to thank David from the maintenance team for his professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help. I also like to recognize Jaaniya and the entire office staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. They truly care about the residents and work hard to make this a great place to live. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience with the team at Courtland in Hollywood, Florida. From the very beginning, I felt truly welcomed and supported. Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, but the staff made the entire process smooth and reassuring. Shortly after my move-in, the team was attentive and proactive in helping me resolve everything I needed. They genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled quickly and efficiently. I would especially like to highlight Drew from the office, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive. Drew made a real difference in my experience and ensured that all my concerns were addressed with care and professionalism. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place where the staff truly cares about you.
