The management team is the sweetest. Always smiling, always ready to help and somehow they make everything so easy (even the boring paperwork part 😅). Few month ago we renewed our lease for another year and honestly, that says it all. When you actually want to stay longer, you know you’ve found the right place🤗 Mia is a gem💎! She somehow remembers every little detail and makes you feel like you’re her favorite resident (even though she’s probably that nice to everyone😄👌🏽) Natasha could help in minutes to solve the problem you have, she is that kind of person who makes everything look effortless. Need something done? It’s already handled and she still has time to ask how your day is going😁☝🏾Michelle greets everyone with the biggest, warmest smile and no matter what kind of day you’re having, she instantly makes it better☺️ Building is new, everything works properly. And I love the area, tons of cute cafes, restaurants and little spots to grab coffee or dinner. My job is just a 10-minute walk away, which honestly feels like a luxury in South Florida 😄 100% approved ✅

I’ve loved living here! The location is perfect — close to shopping, restaurants, and everything I need, but it still feels quiet and safe. The amenities are awesome too, especially the pool and gym, and everything is always clean and well taken care of. The community itself feels really friendly and welcoming, and I always feel safe walking around, even at night. Natasha, the community manager, is amazing! She’s so kind, responsive, and always goes above and beyond to help residents. You can tell she really cares about the people who live here. Overall, it’s just a great place to call home — safe, convenient, and managed by people who truly care about the community.

I really like Coasterra Apartments. It has the best location in Las Olas—close to everything you need. I moved here from out of state for work, so I wanted to choose a place that’s conveniently located and helps me avoid a long commute. The amenities are great, and the management and maintenance teams are very responsive. Mia and Natasha helped me with the paperwork—they were awesome!

Moving into Coasterra has been an amazing experience! The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Mia, who went above and beyond to help with every detail. She was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was ready for move-in day. We really enjoy living at Coasterra Apartments. The team is always super friendly and helpful. Natasha and Mia have always gone above and beyond to make us feel at home. Responding quickly and making sure our needy furry animals get the attention they deserve and snacks they demand ☺️. Maintenance gets things done quickly.
