I just want to take a moment to truly appreciate the amazing service provided by the team at Infinity Clear Lake Apartments. The way they treat people is genuine, respectful, and professional—it really stands out. There’s a reason I originally signed a one-year lease with them. Even after I had to leave because I was planning to move to another state, when my plans changed and I came back to apply again, the process was incredibly fast and smooth. They approved me quickly and made everything feel easy and welcoming. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with such kindness and care for residents. The staff truly go above and beyond, and they absolutely deserve recognition for the great work they do. I’m very grateful and happy with my experience!

I have truly enjoyed my experience living here. If any issues come up it is resolved in a timely manner and the grounds are very well maintained. The area is quiet and safe.

I am happy and comfortable with my unit. The office staffs does a wonderful job keeping up with the maintenance work on the property. maintenance request responds fast and the job gets done immediately .The amenities are very beautiful and quiet.

This is truly one of the most unprofessional subpar apartments I have ever lived in. I moved out, completed my final walk through and was told they are keeping $200 of my $500 deposit. The rest was supposed to be mailed to me in 15 to 30 days. We are 3 months out and I still have not received my $300 deposit. I've called, emailed and mailed to have my deposit returned with no answer. I paid my rent on time and left the apt better then it was turned in to me. Issues I experienced were SEVERAL, but I'll give the highlights. •My front door was eaten by termites from within. When it was finally replaced, they put in a door that was too short and left a gap underneath over 2 inches high. •A leak occurred on several parts of my celing from the roof. They just spray painted over the stains as a solution. •A Rat was found swimming in my toilet that crawled up from the pipes. •Security is a joke they only look for things violations the complex can charge for. Thefts occurred all the time in that place. •My AC was out for a few days and they just did a temp fix to the unit and left it. • Needed extermination done several times while there. •Management will NEVER return your calls, emails or messages, as I am still waiting. Pictures speak for themselves. I would recommend picking a different location to live, pay a little more but better peace of mind and less issues.
