The reviews on YELP are much more accurate! Don’t waste your time reading the google ones. I regret ever signing a lease here!!! Management is a hit or MISS. They upkeep and enforce policies for the buildings they CHOOSE. Parking situation is absolutely ridiculous. I haven’t been able to park in an actual parking spot for the last 2 weeks & Get this, you’re still expected to pay $40 for parking even if there’s none available to you. This complex is a hugeee money grab! The prices advertised online aren’t even what you’ll end up paying so be ready for that as well. A Pembroke Pines Police car is parked at the back gate day and night just for SHOW. It does absolutely nothing for the community. On top of all of that, the gates are left open after a certain time so anyone can come and go as they please. The only positive thing I can say is the apartments are spacious & you can walk almost anywhere :) So I guess that’s a plus.

I’ve enjoyed living here overall. Like many communities in South Florida, parking can be a challenge but that is not unique only to this property. What has stood out most recently is the transition in management. The new manager has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and eager to assist residents. It’s refreshing to interact with staff that is approachable, responsive, and genuinely focused on creating a positive living experience. Any questions or concerns I’ve had have been handled professionally, and it’s clear the team is working hard to support the community during the transition. Their customer service and positive attitude have made a noticeable difference. I’m looking forward to seeing the continued improvements under the new manager.

We have been living in this community for two years now, and overall our experience has been very positive. The territory is well maintained and regularly cleaned. If something is not tidy, you can always contact the office and the issue is resolved quickly. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently and the repair work is usually completed quickly and with good quality. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, the team responds promptly. Another big advantage is the location. There is a plaza within walking distance where you can find cafés and shops, which is very convenient. There are also canals nearby where we enjoy taking evening walks. The community is also very family-friendly. There are two playgrounds for children and a dog park, which is perfect for residents with pets. The pools are also great, especially for small kids, because they have a gradual, shallow entry that makes them safe and comfortable for families. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live - quiet, clean, and well organized. The management team does a good job maintaining the property, and the amenities make everyday life here comfortable. We appreciate the sense of community and the convenience this neighborhood offers.

I want to take a moment to recognize Marc, the property manager here, because he truly goes above and beyond for the residents. From day one, Marc has always been incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Anytime I’ve needed assistance whether it’s something with my unit, help with the Luxer One mail room, access codes, or general questions Marc always makes sure the issue is handled quickly and efficiently. What stands out the most is how hands-on he is. Even when he’s clearly busy or in meetings, he still takes the time to make sure everyone in the office is taken care of. That level of dedication and patience really shows how much he cares about the community and the people who live here. Recently, someone returned a lost ID to the office and Marc personally reached out to make sure it got back to us. It might seem like a small thing, but it really speaks to the integrity and attention to detail he brings to his role. A well run community starts with great management, and Marc truly sets the standard. It’s rare to find someone who is this responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure residents have a great experience. Thank you Marc for everything you do it doesn’t go unnoticed!

I’m still in the process of settling in, but I already love the unit and its layout. Space is bright, open, and very inviting— which made it easy to feel at home right away 🥹 I also want to highlight that Paolet was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire move-in process!!! Moving can be stressful, but her patience, kindness, and positive attitude made everything so much smoother. She was responsive and available for any questions, which I truly appreciated. The property itself is clean, well maintained, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The staff has also been incredibly friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be keeping and/or enforcing the hallways clear of trash cans when possible, as it would make the already great environment even better. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience so far.
